Plasti-Coil
Plasti-Coil was founded in Woodstock, IL in 1978. The company built a new facility in the Lake Geneva business park in 1998.
Plasti-Coil manufactures injection molded plastic parts for the automotive, consumer, water softener, and electronic industries.
The company was purchased in July 2015 by Larry Austin. In November 2016 Austin also purchased Tri-Tech Corp in nearby Darien, Wi. Plans are to move Tri-Tech Corp and their current staff into a new a 21,000 square foot addition to the Plasti-Coil plant in the LG Business Park. The large addition will provide more space for production, warehouse and a shared tool room.
Larry Austin has a lengthy track record in Walworth County with many years at Miniature Precision Component and the Walworth State Bank. Austin is excited to be a part of the rejuvenated manufacturing sector in Wisconsin and the United States.
